Based in San Luis Obispo, California, in the heart of Central Coast wine country, Sustenance offers a wide range of events including cooking demonstrations of wine country cuisine and ethnic specialties as well as wine education and children’s cooking workshops. In addition to our scheduled cooking classes, Sustenance offers private events for groups and businesses.

All our events feature locally-grown, organic ingredients whenever possible, illustrating the bounty of this wonderful region and leaving guests with a feeling of belonging and a “sense of place.”
