Monday 6/28: Roasted beet salad- fresh beets & lettuce from Cal Poly Organic Farm, herbed goat cheese and toasted nuts top this dish. Chicken as well for you meat eaters!
Tuesday 6/29: Jamaican jerk pork with rice and beans, with a side of fried plantains. Yum!
Wednesday 6/30: Eric is cooking up baby bella mushrooms and fresh mozzarella over rice, topped with a beautiful red and yellow pepper sauce.
Thursday 7/1: Our newest chef Julianna is taking on her first lunch demo! Chicken and pesto crepes, with a hearty salad on the side. We will of course have a veggie version of this as well!
Friday 7/2: Grilled pizza. Come choose your sauce, toppings, and watch us put it all together. TGIF:)
