Lunch is on for the week of August 23rd

Lunch is served M-F 11:30 to 1:30. Cost is $10 for members, $12 for non-members. Membership is free, and attained by buying a 5 or 10 lunch card at $50 or $100. Membership also offers you discounts on events, classes, and venue rental prices. Call or come by for more information

Monday, August 23rd: Ceviche Tuna Sandwich Sandwich with Tzatziki Salad: Tuna has never tasted so good and been so healthy!

Tuesday, August 24th: Eggplant with Spicy Chili Sauce & Glazed Chicken: Asian eggplant, Thai chili, and garlic really bring this dish to life! Served over rice with a garlic-lemon glazed chicken breast. Simply amazing.

Wednesday, August 25th: Tapas plate: A nice sampling of some of my favorite tapas— Grilled prosciutto wrapped figs with blue cheese and pecans, Empenadillas stuffed with ham & goat cheese, Sizzling Chili Shrimp, & Caramelized summer peach halves in a bourbon & brown sugar sauce. Simply heavenly!

Thursday, August 26th: Fish tacos: You know you love our Sustenance Fish Tacos- so come back for more! Fresh salsa & cilantro top it off.

Friday, August 27th: No lunch today! Sustenance is catering for PCPA’s “Songs for a New World” at the open air theater in Solvang. Feel free to stop by and say hello, but plan your lunch elsewhere!
