Providing Spaces for Change

We’re helping change the world here at sustenance.  Thursday night the organization, SINGLE PAIR held a meeting with major, faith community leaders to discuss the importance of accessible  health care for each individual.  Walter Heath, a volunteer community leader from Morro Bay, has devoted himself for the past seven years to educating individuals about health care.  [...]

Thai Dinner Class: 7/13 6-8pm

Come join us as we show you how to create simple and healthy Tom Ka Gai, (Chicken Coconut soup) and vegetarian spring rolls. Class cost is $15 members, and $20 for non-members.

We have a wide variety of events going on this month. Now instead of Lunches we are starting delicious Dinners every Wednesday and Thursdays. Private events are also scattered throughout the month.
