Membership is free

Membership is a fancy word. What we really want is for you to view Sustenance Studio as an extension of your own family kitchen. Becoming a member is easy. By purchasing a $50.00 pre-paid punch card you become a member and can enjoy five lunch demonstration visits. Lunch demonstrations offer you an opportunity to enjoy a family style meal and explore new menu options and ingredients.

Lunch demonstrations are 11:30am to 1:30pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (We will be expanding to Monday-Friday beginning in May).

Daily Membership Pass

You don’t have to be a member to come and visit us. Sustenance offers a $12 daily pass entrance to our lunch demonstrations for family-style lunches. Buy a day pass for $12 and use it any day you choose. Or give it as a small thank you gift.
