Is rental only available for members?

Site rental is available to the general public.  If you are a Sustenance card-holder, you receive a 10% discount on all rentals.

How many guests does the site accommodate?

Sit-down dinner: 40-45

Stand up reception:            70-75

Classes:                        20-25

Meetings:                     Various- ask us

Weather permitting, additional room is available.

What will it cost?

Where will my guests park?

Parking is very limited on-site.  For that reason we have an agreement with Miner’s Hardware (across the street).  Your guests can also park in any public parking space nearby.

What about cleaning up after the party?

When you rent Sustenance, you pay an additional clean up fee of $100.  This means that you can enjoy your party and walk away when it is finished with no worries about clean-up.  For an additional fee, Sustenance staff will also do set-up for your event.

Can I serve alcohol?

Alcoholic beverages may be served at events subject to prior written approval from Sustenance and in accordance with local and state laws. [link to ABC homepage]

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by email : info@sustenance-studio.com

There is a 72 hour cancelation policy. Cancelation prior to 72 hours results in a full refund. Cancelation within 72 hours of event results in a 50% refund.

My group is a non-profit—do we get a discount?

We value our local non-profit organizations.  Check out our Tuesday night, Community Organization special rates and/or call and discuss pricing with our representative.
